I have found that cooking with fresh ingredients is awesome!! So I took a trip to my local fruit and vegetable market. I bought carrots and apples the usual but as I made my way threw the market I saw something that I would never normally buy! A Tomato! A big juicy red tomato! So I bought it and this week I will make something with it! I don't know what but it will be amazing!! And I will write about it! But for now just know that this tomato is being sentenced to death by cook.
