I have decided that three day weekends are my favorite thing!! I got to spend time with family and clean the house. It was like having two Saturdays!!!
Altho I didn't cook everyday. I did make Omelets for the first time!! Two of them were photogenic, Sandy and Tricia enjoyed them immensely! The third was consumed with my eyes closed! It wasn't pretty but it tasted darn good! Chicken and Tomato Omelets with lots of Cheese!! I used a basic omelet recipe and added a few things. I am very proud to say we are all still living! 
I also made no pan Apple pies..... there are no pictures and no I don't want to talk about it! Crust is so much harder then I thought!!

Anyway, later on I set out to make Penne with shrimp!! But I didn't have any penne pasta so I used macaroni, It wasn't as appealing to the eye but it was so good!!!
And for desert.... wait for it...Crapes!! I was amazed at how easy they were to make! I also made homemade whipped cream!! Be amazed be very amazed!!
Ok well thats it for now!! I got to get back to work...lunch break is over..darn.. BYE!!
The shrimp & pasta was very good as were the crepes. You can invite us over for dinner any time.
