Hippie Halloween!

Happy Halloween!

This past weekend I had to work... imagine that?!?

For those that don't know I work at a clothing store in the mall for 'curvie' girls! Here

Saturday we had a Halloween event to get all of our Diva's Halloween costumes!

So of course the informed me Friday night that I had to dress up Saturday afternoon!

Thanks guys for the short notice!

I pondered my options all night; vampire was taken by a fellow employee, witch was just to generic, and I really wasn't in the mood to buy a full costume!

So what could I put together in a extremely small amount of time that is super cheep?

A Hippie!

I took out some old jeans, and some paint and went to town!

I grabbed some odds and end fabric I had left over from several art projects past, Braided them together for a headband.  Rummaged threw my closet for peace sign stuff and Bam!

I am a Hippie!

 My fellow Diva's also dressed up, as a vampire, Minnie mouse and a pirate

It was super fun to get all dressed up but to be honest it was weird having to help customers.

Most of the customers didn't understand why I looked like a hippie.

Hard day but fun at the same time!
