We are Family!!

 My Sister Misti and her little girl were in town this last week.  We had some crazy adventures.  One included wild animals... of which I was not related to... at least I don't think i am related to any of these animals...(maybe.. that would explain alot!!)
Anyway...
Krista, Payton, Misti, Maddie and Myself ventured out to the zoo to see wild animals in confined spaces.  (I don't really think you can call them wild if they have never seen the wild... but for today they were wild!!)
 Payton really loved seeing the giant Tortesis... as you can tell!

 This big lizard thing (yep I learned alot at the zoo!) really liked Maddie... he crawled over to her and then swished his tail.. ('liked' might be the wrong word, he might have been claiming his territory...which is silly because it's his because he was all alone in a big pit.. but I didn't want to tell him that and burst his bubble..)

 this is a big statue of a frog... why because someone with a rock was bored and had some carving tools I think...Maddie didn't care she enjoyed climbing all over it!

 Now before going to the zoo my favorite animal was a dog... Now it is a Zebra!! They are so freaking Cool!!!  I took way more pictures then was necessary but as many of you know when I love something I photograph it more then I should.. (if you doubt this fact see my facebook, there are a million pictures of myself!)

Any way.. this is a giraffe.. and well he and I became friends.  If he had a facebook page, he would so friend me!!
The reason..

I fed him!  He loved licking food out of my hand... maybe not what you do with your friends but I'm one of a kind... and I make friends where I can! Maddie (my niece) helped me make our giraffe friends day by giving him pellets and lettuce.  It was bomb Diggity!!

I might have enjoyed it more then Maddie... maybe.. ;)
It was a great day.. except for the part where Krista and I decided we should Tan alittle and didn't put any sunscreen on.... If you look up stupid in the dictionary it will have our sunburn pictures next to it... Something like this..
