Desert first!

My Grandmother turned 90 last week

I picked her up from the airport and I learned so much in the afternoon I spent with her!

1. no matter what your age you are still old enough to laugh
2. worrying about your children doesn't stop when they have children it just expands to them too!
3. A good Ruban does not have ham on it!
4. Desert should be be eaten even if dinner was super filling
5. If you can eat desert first
6. Don't tell your aunt Eileen in you choose to have desert first
7. Pumpkin waffles are good
8. You should only worry about family.. the rest is just silly
9. "well bless their heart!" is always an appropriate response
10. Stuff is not important... she has collected so much over the years and now its weighing her down and holding her back... You don't need things in your life you need people!

The picture above was taken at her 90th birthday dinner and Payton just leaned over and grabbed grandma and squeezed! thank you Uncle Kevin for having a camera ready and waiting! This memory is so special!
