Look what I made!

 I have never really enjoyed eatting pot roast... so I don't make it.

Ever

But this week I did!

I made dinner for my 2nd family for Christmas 

because they are not nick-nack people.

And their favorite is pot roast....

And it was good... or so they tell me :)

Left overs were even taken as a lunch... You don't save the yuck dinners :)

I think thats a good sign!!
