Say Hello To Miranda Bailey AKA "The Nazi"

She is a boss lady at the beginning and is soon given the nickname 'The Nazi"

She is one of the many main characters on ABC's Grey's Anatomy.

She plays a Hard ass from the beginning but as the seasons progress she turns out to be a big softy :)

Today I realized I am a Miranda Bailey of Sorts

I have a nickname at work..

Tyrant

it's said in a loving way...

which means they're joking right??

Just kidding!
I know they are joking!

But i do have the reputation to be blunt and put people in their place.

I also ask a lot of my staff, perfection is something to strive for on a daily basis.

I have had the privilege of working with a training Store manager for months now.  

Which means that every few weeks she leaves the store to me while she trains new store managers. I get to have the experience of running a store.  

She was asked to Fly to Alaska and run the store up there for a month, which means for a whole month I am an Acting Store Manager.

This is my first week and everyday i realize it is going to be so hard to give her store back to her when it's over.  I am being tested and stressed out and it's only day three. I LOVE IT!

I want this for myself!

I want to learn to manage my own store not someone else's
