On my way out the door on Wednesday morning I took Hamburger out of the freezer. When I got home I rummaged through a couple of cookbooks but nothing sounded good. I was about to give up and make tacos when I stumbled across Potato Tacos. Basically it is a baked potato with taco stuff on it. But it was so good!! It was a nice easy weeknight meal. And boy was it good!!
I also watched High School Musical 2 with Tricia because she had never seen it. The only time I have ever watched that movie was with my kid cousins ky and kier. It was a whole other experience to watch it with another adult with no kids around. (That's right I called myself an adult!) It some how seemed so much more cheesy when there are no kids around.
I have no idea whats for dinner tonight but I am looking forward to finding out!
