I took a page out of a few different books to make my super nachos! First Stephi's Book of nutrition, there are tomato's, olives, and zukkini piled on first. Then the next page came from Aunt Lynn, Ground hamburger and Cheese!! Then avocados, beans, and more cheese!! Yummy Yummy, Bake at 350 till its sizzling and serve with salsa!! SO GOOD!! I shared them with my roommate Sandy. And we watched a movie will up loading pictures to facebook from Sandy's Birthday Bash on Saturday! Pretty good way to spend a Wednesday afternoon if you ask me!
