Happy Valentines Day Everyone!! Again I have to give Tricia Props for having a great idea. First you bake a red velvet cake, wait till it cools down and then crumble it all up!! Then mix it with Cheese cake frosting and roll out small balls. Chill them in the fridge or for a quick fix the freezer! And to make them complete dip them in Chocolate!! Drizzle a little and it is just to yummy to pass up!! We took them to a few special people and ate a whole bunch ourselves. I cant wait until next year!! So I can make some more!!
I might have burned the first batch of chocolate... and once you burn a little chocolate you cant turn back. because it contaminates the whole bowl. Yuck! But all was well because Tricia took over the melting of chocolate. I am no longer qualified to melt chocolate! LOL
On the up side Payton agreed to be my valentine!! He is the only constant guy in my life... we are going on 6 months!! And let me tell you, I love our Monday night dates!!! :)
